Syncreate’s coaching services stem from an understanding of how creativity creates, invokes, and embodies transformation, as well as a conviction that storytelling (named in a LinkedIn article as the #1 business skill of the next five years) creates empathetic resonance, connection, and community. We embrace the International Coaching Federation’s definition of coaching as a collaborative partnership that promotes self-discovery and holds clients as naturally creative, resourceful, and whole.
