Syncreate’s Coaching Services focus on:

  • Nurturing vision, connection, & creative thinking
  • Writing & process coaching
  • Book & project development
  • Accountability partnerships
  • Weaving together personal & professional creativity

We help individuals grow their facility with the creative process in order to bring their dreams to fruition.

Syncreate’s coaching services focus on how creativity creates, invokes, and embodies transformation, with a conviction that storytelling creates empathetic resonance, connection, and community. We embrace the International Coaching Federation’s definition of coaching as a collaborative partnership that promotes self-discovery and holds clients as naturally creative, resourceful, and whole.

Both Charlotte and Melinda are available for individual coaching, consulting, mentoring, teaching, training, facilitation, and speaking engagements. We’re happy to meet with you for a complimentary initial consultation - Please contact us if you’re ready to realize your creative dreams!

"There are times in life when the universe answers back to your incessant pleading. Syncreate appeared in my path as nurturing rain after a long, painful drought of the soul. Their compassionate guidance has helped me unpack the dream cramped up inside me waiting to be born.  Most importantly the gentle encouragement of the Syncreate community reminds me that it is not only critical to share my story but even more crucial to see me life as a story yet to be told."
- Hope Ruiz

"
Charlotte is an excellent instructor. I took two of her classes and learned so much about writing and revising, I was able to make my first fiction sale while in her Advanced Creative Writing class. She also encouraged me to pursue nonfiction writing outside of copywriting and has been instrumental in my ability to transition from copywriting to creative writing."
- Tonia Thompson, Podcast Producer

"Melinda is my career coach, and finding her was a massive stroke of luck. I came to her for help in realizing my desire to become a full-time film composer. While I felt that I have the vision and the drive, the practice habits, and the practical skills to execute and create cool music, I desperately needed help with the interpersonal and career aspects that so many creative freelancers skip over...She's helped tremendously, and I've found plenty of new projects in a very short amount of time simply by following through with the advice she gives me."
- Dave Wirth, Composer and Educator
